Managed the development and successful execution of a globally recognized, highly lauded 5-week, multi-cohort, virtual blended learning program as a Digital Strategist for UNICEF, The United Nations Children’s Fund. This initiative, developed in collaboration with Hyper Island, was designed to expand the digital fundraising toolset of UNICEF digital and fundraising practitioners around the world and to provide practical tools, techniques and tactics they could immediately apply to achieve their fundraising goals and objectives.
Led regional and global digital fundraising-focused communities of practice at UNICEF and Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières International (MSF). Inspired by my experience leading platform tools webinars at Salsa Labs (now part of Bonterra) and serving as the voice of their online, self-service training module on supporter record management, the communities featured virtual events highlighting campaign case studies from colleagues and discussions on digital analytics and testing. Delivered a virtual presentation on MSF-USA’s highly profitable, audience-centric social media advertising strategy digital at an international summit of MSF’s Development Directors.
